Vodafone UK has announced the availability of three new highly anticipated smartphone devices, the Sony Ericsson Satio, the HTC Tattoo, and the LG’ GM750.
The Sony Ericsson Satio launched in May, as we reported, making it the first device announced to feature the new Symbian Foundation operating system. The attractive smartphone features a 12.1 megapixel camera and a 3.5-inch touchscreen display. It also includes 3G and WiFi data connectivity.
The HTC Tattoo, a feature rich and affordable Android-powered smartphone, includes a 3.2 megapixel camera, a 2.8-inch touchscreen, and HTC’s Sense user interface. The 3G-enabled device launched last month.
The LG GM750, announced in early September, completes the range of operating systems with a smartphone based on Windows Mobile 6.5. The phone’s 3.0-inch touchscreen display should show off LG’s S-Class UI, and users will more than likely appreciate the 5.0 megapixel camera.
The Sony Ericsson Satio and LG GM750 are each available for free on monthly plans that cost more than 25 GBP (US$40). The HTC Tattoo is available free on plans costing 35 GBP (US$55) or more.
