T-Mobile USA has announced, via its Twitter feed, that the Motorola CHARM with MOTOBLUR QWERTY messaging phone will be available to its customers starting August 25. The CHARM resembles Motorola's old Q series of phones but sports the Android operating system versus Microsoft's Windows Mobile OS, and sports a touchscreen display.
