It looks like there’s a new 4G Android phone in town and where else could it be heading if not Sprint, USA. Following the HTC EVO 4G, which was the first 4G Android phone in the world, we now have a creation from Samsung, the Epic 4G which is basically a Samsung Galaxy S that comes with a full QWERTY keyboard and WiMAX connectivity on board.
There are no official launch dates for the phone but the device is expected to arrive on August 20 according to a recent report. It looks like the Epic 4G is expected to make its debut on the Galaxy S On Demand Live Show on August 20th so that’s when the phone should also arrive.
The Captivate and the Vibrant, AT&T and T-Mobile’s versions of the Galaxy S, were both featured on the same show on or after launch date, so, Sprint customers, get ready for your own Samsung Galaxy S flavor to hit stores soon!
