A new BlackBerry phone handset has been just leaked. Well, in all fairness, it’s not exactly new since we did see this device before but back then we thought this was going to be the Storm 3. It turns out that this baby has a name for itself: the BlackBerry Slider 9800.
The phone has been just leaked and it looks like RIM is more and more interested in offering us more touch-friendly devices in the near future. The 9800 is expected to arrive at some point in Q3 2010 and it’s said to arrive with RIM’s latest mobile platform on board, BlackBerry 6, which was demoed just last week at WES 2010.
The phone will come with specs like 320 x 480 resolution touchscreen display, UMTS/HSPA support, WiFi, 802.11n connectivity, a full QWERTY keyboard, optical trackpad and BlackBerry 6 running in the background.
