After a brief leak Sprint has taken the wraps off of its first eco-friendly Android smartphone, the Samsung Replenish. The Replenish has a unusual (for Android phones at least) portrait QWERTY form factor with a 2.8-inch touchscreen above it.

HP announced its smallest Web OS handset Veer this February and it was showcased at Mobile World Congress few days later. This phone was expected to launch this spring in USA. Now HP has put up an online invite to an event scheduled on May 2nd 2011.
