Are you a Mac user who takes pleasure in a few drags of a cigarette here and there? Well, if you’re indulging in your not-so-respected habit near your computer you may run into some problems if/when you take it into an Apple store for service.
It seems that 2 customers have reported being turned down for Apple support due to the fact that they are smokers. Apple responded by saying that the OSHA lists nicotine as a biohazard and working on a contaminated unit could potentially put the technician’s health at risk.
For those of you smokers rolling your eyes at this report just think of it as one more reason to quit.
