Clyde Bernard Franklin filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama two days ago. The subject of this complaint was a class action lawsuit that alleges that Apple and AT&T misrepresented the iPhone’s MMS capabilities. Sprint Nextel widens loss to $478 million in Q3 results
Sprint Nextel has widened its loss by 47 percent to $478 million, or 17 cents per share, in the third quarter from a loss of $326 million, or 11 cents per share, in the year ago period.
